I am acting as a consultant to DN customers and am in contact with many of its ex-employees. I am in a position to solve problems and difficulties. In particular, I can help with all aspects of software.

A frequent reason why a machine is left unused is that the person that operates the machine has left the company and no one dares touch it. The DN software is actually very easy to use, although it may be unfamiliar to anyone more used to Windows. I can arrange training sessions or seminars to bring operators up to speed.

I can offer,

  • One year's telephone and e-mail support + discount on site visits, at £250
  • A day on your site, at £400
  • 12 visits to your site over 1 year + support, at £3000
  • Training of your operators
  • Consultancy on all aspects of Testing and Quality Control

Terms and conditions

Maintenance contract visits to be arranged by mutual convenience, normally evenly spaced throughout the year. Additional visits at £250 each. Unused visits will be credited to the following year's contract.

I reserve the right to charge, in addition, for car travel for a round trip from Silverstone over and above 200 miles at 25p/mile, and for overnight accommodation and / or airline travel if required, at cost.

I will invoice you on completion of the job subject to satisfaction (no fix, no fee), or, in the case of support and maintenance, at the start of the period.

Payment required 30 days from invoice. No VAT.
